Thursday, June 17th, 2021—The Syracuse Academy of Science and Citizenship elementary school Atoms shoot and score for Thursday, June 17^th’s Spirit Day theme of Sports Day. Students will have an opportunity to wear their favorite team’s jersey or colors. Please remember it is always important to be a good sport and to show good sportsmanship.

Tuesday, June 15th, 2021—Sometimes Spirit Days can be silly, but on Tuesday, June 15^th Syracuse Academy of Science and Citizenship elementary school students will have an opportunity to dare we say it be extra silly? On Tuesday, students can wear silly socks and style their hair in a silly sort of fashion to participate in the Spirit Day theme of Silly Socks and Silly Hair Day. We look forward to seeing the creativity (and silliness) from the Atoms!

Monday, June 14th, 2021—Spiderman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Captain American and so much more! How does one simply pick?! Our ‘spidey senses’ are telling us to leave it up to the Atoms! On Monday, June 14^th, Syracuse Academy of Science and Citizenship elementary school students have an opportunity to dress as their favorite superhero. We ask that all costumes and outfits are school appropriate. We look forward to seeing the variety of superheroes and the creativity from our students.

Monday, May 31st, 2021—Memorial Day honors those who made the ultimate sacrifice serving in the country's armed forces. There will be no school on Monday, May 31^st in observance of Memorial Day. Tuesday, June 1^st is a Contingency Snow Day, there will be no school. Classes will resume on Wednesday, June 2^nd. Enjoy this long weekend, Atoms!

Friday, May 28th, 2021—Attention, families: As Memorial Day weekend approaches, please be reminded that there will be No School on Friday, May 28^th, Monday, May 31^st (Memorial Day) and Tuesday, June 1^st.

Friday, May 28^th and Tuesday, June 1^st are contingency snow days. Enjoy this long extended Memorial Day weekend, Atoms!
