Teacher Spotlight: Ms. O’Conner

Thursday, November 19th, 2020—Many of the teachers, faculty and staff at Syracuse Academy of Science and Citizenship school have gone above and beyond the call of duty this year. We would like to highlight and give thanks to one teacher in particular, Ms. O’Conner. Many of you might know that Ms. O’Conner is our ENL teacher, but what you might not be aware of is how she has helped us continue to build success, one Atom at a time. Ms. O’Conner works behind the scenes helping ensure that our students are successful. From supporting our teachers and students to creating resources for the Atoms so they too can access content wherever their classroom may be. And some days, if not most, it’s Ms. O’Conner’s great sense of humor, positive can-do attitude that radiates when you are around her. Thank you, Ms. O’Conner for all that you have done, and continue to do for our students, faculty and staff.
