CSAS ES Welcomes Syracuse Police for Bullying Prevention Talk

Syracuse Police Teaches CSAS 3rd Graders About Bullying

Wednesday, November 5th, 2025: Citizenship & Science Academy’s third-grade students had the opportunity to learn from special guests. Officers Knapp and Napolitano, and Detective Fura from the Syracuse Police Department, gave a memorable presentation on bullying to our scholars. 

During their visit, the officers led an engaging discussion about bullying, helping students understand what it is, how to respond safely, and the importance of kindness and respect in their daily lives. Students asked thoughtful questions and shared ways they can contribute to creating a safe and caring environment for everyone at their school.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Syracuse Police Department for taking the time to visit our students and for their continued partnership and support of our school community.
