CNY Bridges: Build ‘Em & Bust ‘Em Challenge Results

Fourth grade student is constructed a truss bridge made out of balsawood for the MOST’s annual CNY Bridges: Build ‘Em and Bust ‘Em Challenge

Tuesday, November 10th, 2020—Hard work. Critical Thinking. Teamwork and creativity are just some of what it takes to engineer an incredibly sturdy truss bridge. Atoms in Mr. Duclos 4th grade class participated in the MOST’s annual CNY Bridges: Build ‘Em and Bust ‘Em challenge. STEM students would design and construct a truss bridge built entirely out of glue and balsawood. Below are the results from their competition.
